Last week, I renewed my ICF membership, my professional commitment to the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻—a small but important act that reflects my ongoing commitment to coaching at the highest professional standard.

Being part of institutions like ICF and EMCC isn’t about collecting credentials; it’s about holding myself accountable to the highest ethical and professional standards. It means continuously learning, reflecting – either on my own, with peers or with my supervisor, and striving for excellence—so that those who put their trust in me can get the best possible results – all the time.

It also feels like a good opportunity to introduce myself to my newest connections – thanks for connecting with me.

I am 𝗗𝗿 𝗖𝗲́𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀, and I help ambitious professionals navigate complexity, grow with intention, and create meaningful leadership impact. My company, Working Life, is set up to reduce the silent suffering of ambitious high performers in demanding leadership roles with pressure, motivation, conflict, emotional intelligence and performance. I work mostly online, in 19 countries across the world, with a range of businesses, academic and government institutions and charities.

If you’d like to find out more about me, head to workinglife.co.uk/aboutme or drop me a line. 😊
