NEW PERSPECTIVE
PROGRAMME DETAILS
The Programme is a six-week, step-by-step journey to help you take back your time, focus and energy, and feel more at ease in your work and life. Each week you will receive simple, practical tools with space to reflect, so you can try things out straight away and notice what really sticks. If you’re tired of rushing, juggling endless demands, or wondering how to make your days feel more meaningful, these sessions give you room to pause, learn, and create a rhythm that actually works for you.
Week 1: Improving your relationship with time so you don’t need to feel guilty anymore
You start the day determined, but when evening arrives, you wonder where the hours went. Instead of trying to squeeze more in, we’ll look at how you relate to time itself and how small shifts create real breathing space. You’ll leave knowing where your time leaks away, how to shape a rhythm that suits you, and with a plan that protects your best hours for what matters.
Week 2: Giving your attention to what matters when everything feels urgent
When everything feels urgent, focus scatters and the important work hides behind the noise. Together we’ll cut through the distractions so you can choose confidently what deserves your attention. You’ll learn a simple way to clarify priorities, say no without guilt, and keep your mind steady when demands compete.
Week 3: Energy Producers and Drainers: Giving you the power to keep what lights you up and ditch what leaves you empty
Some days you’re flat before lunch; other days you run on adrenaline until you crash. Rather than pushing harder, you’ll learn what drains and restores you so you can work with your own energy patterns. You’ll come away able to spot your personal energy traps and with habits that protect and replenish you.
"A much-needed chance to stop, breathe and reflect"
Week 4: Having conflict-free conversations… yes, even with that person!
Important conversations too often slide into tension or avoidance: we’re left frustrated and angry unable to hide it, or decide we’d better just say nothing at all (and start looking for another job…!) In this session, we’ll explore how to speak so people listen and respond, without the drama or the silence. You’ll leave with practical language and an effective methodology that keeps dialogue calm and productive, even when the stakes feel high.
Week 5: Creating psychological safety (and surviving without it)
Teams can’t thrive if people hold back or fear making mistakes. We’ll look at how to create the trust that lets ideas and concerns surface, and what to do when you enter an environment where that trust clearly is not there. You’ll learn practical moves to foster psychological safety and how to stay effective even when the culture resists.
Week 6: Making your life meaningful and purpose-driven
Meaning in life can feel quite mysterious and hard to grasp, but research shows it is not as rare or mystical as we often think. Instead, it arises from ordinary but powerful experiences: coherent stories, valued goals, feeling that we matter, positive emotions, and strong relationships, for instance, and this contributes to us living meaningful lives. In this session, we will explore what this means for you, and what you’d like to lean into and cut back on to make your life – and your work – more meaningful.

"A rare and valuable experience"
“Cécile’s New Perspectives programme is a rare and valuable experience. I came away with the realisation that I have more control over what I focus on than I’d thought, and that with clearer boundaries and a shift from productivity to presence, I can create space for deeper thinking and greater flow.”
