Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who is this programme for?
New Perspectives is designed for professionals in demanding roles, whether you lead a team, manage complex projects, or simply want more focus and energy in a busy life. You don’t need a formal leadership title; if you juggle high expectations and want practical change, you’ll fit right in – even when that is at home, taking care of others, in your personal life.
2. How is this different from other time-management or leadership courses?
This isn’t a lecture or a set of tips to copy. Each session blends evidence-based learning with live coaching and reflection, so you discover what actually needs to shift for you and leave with actions that stick.
3. Do I need to prepare or bring anything?
No, you don’t need to prepare anything. If you like, you can have a look at the short pre-session guide each week which will help to spark your thinking and ponder the theme, but there’s no required homework.
4. What if I can’t make one of the dates?
If you miss a session, you can book a free one-hour private catch-up with me, limited to one replacement session per participant per series. Sessions aren’t recorded to keep the space confidential and relaxed. If you can’t make more than one of the sessions this series, let me know to discuss booking onto a future New Perspectives series.
5. How big is the group?
The group is kept intentionally small, around 6-8 participants, so everyone who wants to can join discussions and ask questions. The sessions are designed so that there is no pressure on anyone to actively participate and speak up – but if you want to, there’s the option to do so. If you just want to take it all in, and use the sessions as your own quiet, reflective space, that is absolutely fine too.
6. What’s the time commitment outside the weekly session?
Beyond the 60-minute call, many people spend 10–15 minutes reflecting on the theme in preparation, or on their takeaways from the session afterward, but that’s optional - basically, the more effort and thinking you put into it, the more you'll get out of it.
7. What if I’m in a different time zone or travelling?
For now, sessions are run at 12 noon UK / 1 pm CET each Wednesday. In 2026, an evening session (UK time) will also be made available on Thursdays. This will also allow those in the US and Canada to join.
If the time is outside your usual workday, you can still join from anywhere with a good internet connection. If you must miss a week, the private catch-up option has you covered. If the time zone is a deal breaker for you, let me know so that I can gauge interest from around the world and consider starting alternatives in the future.
8. Will I have to share personal details?
During the session, sharing is always voluntary. You can participate in small-group reflections or simply listen and take notes. The environment is confidential and respectful. If there is anything you are particularly concerned about, please speak to me and we can consider it in the context of this course.
9. Will I really see changes after six sessions?
Yes, if you’re willing to apply what you discover, you will even notice a difference after just one session. Each session ends with concrete next steps, and many participants notice feeling calmer with clearer focus, and better boundaries within just a couple of weeks.
10. Is there follow-up or ongoing support after the programme ends?
You’ll keep all the pre-session guides and your notes. If you’d like more personalised coaching or a follow-up session, that can be arranged separately.
11. I've been on the New Perspectives course once before. Is it worth me signing up again?
Absolutely. There are a few people who have been on every course since it started early in 2025, and their view is that although the content is largely the same, the experience of it is different each time. This is largely due to the highly tailored nature of the course, plus the individual contributions are so different each time. In addition, you yourself will also have developed and changed, so each time something else will stay with you and resonate differently.
12. How much does it cost and how do I register?
The six-session series is £195 all in. For 2026, this will need to increase to £225, but if you sign up before 1 January 2026, you can benefit from the 2025 price by using the 195WLNP2025 code on checkout.
"A much-needed chance to stop, breathe and reflect"

"A rare and valuable experience"
“Cécile’s New Perspectives programme is a rare and valuable experience. I came away with the realisation that I have more control over what I focus on than I’d thought, and that with clearer boundaries and a shift from productivity to presence, I can create space for deeper thinking and greater flow.”
