Why 'New Perspectives'?

​After hundreds of conversations with people across the world, I know that many of you in demanding jobs (and lives!) struggle with so many of these things at least some if not all the time. 

  • Your important work is pushed aside by the urgent. 

  • Your energy is drained by people and tasks rather than fuelled by them. 

  • Boundaries are difficult to maintain; saying 'no' is just too hard. 

  • You know that you're capable of more... if only you had time to think. 

 

I discovered again and again that expert knowledge on these topics often isn’t enough for people to really make the changes they need to make things better. 


So how do you find what really needs to shift for you so that your work and your life can be energised, purposeful and focused again?

Focused on tackling what holds you back in becoming the best version of you, reducing your stresses, allowing you to feel calm and focused, so you – and those around you – can be joyful and happy again.

How it works

A six-week, live online small-group experience for busy, ambitious people.

  • Weekly 60-minute guided sessions on Zoom

  • Practical tools grounded in coaching & psychology

  • Space to think, reflect and act, without added workload

  • Supportive peers from global roles and environments

Each session will start with some evidence-based learning followed by reflective thinking, either in pairs, the whole group, or with one person engaging directly with the coach, allowing for an interactive experience which has proven to be so valuable, again and again.

In this way, we reflect together and individually on our own challenges and learnings, seeking out our insights, and setting conscious intentions for change – tailored just to what you need.

Why 'New Perspectives'?

Because knowing about change isn’t the same as living it. In the same way that reading about it or watching one of the many brilliant videos out there, isn’t the same as attending a live group, discussing it with like-minded people and finding out what it means to you, individually.

You’ve read the books and tried the hacks. What’s missing is a space to pause, see what’s really getting in the way, and practise shifts that stick.

New Perspectives gives you:
