Where academia and
business meet

​

For twenty years I worked in internal and change communications, at universities and an academic publisher. I know the university sector inside out: I work at the University of Bath and coach senior academic leaders at several other universities too. 

For the past five years I’ve also worked with senior leaders at some of the world’s largest organisations. That has shown me from the inside what leadership demands under pressure, in complex, international settings where a lot is at stake. I bring that experience into every conversation, combining the depth of academia with the dynamism of
business.
