At the end of each month, I like to pause and reflect on the work I’ve done with people across the world. Sometimes, when I say out loud that I’ve worked with leaders in 19 countries over the past four years, I even surprise myself—it sounds incredible, and it truly is! ✨
This January, I had the privilege of working with leaders in 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗻, 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶, the 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀, the 𝗨𝗞, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, and—most extraordinarily—𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲. Connecting with leaders across different cultures and industries never stops being remarkable. As this first month of the year comes to a close, I feel immense gratitude—for these experiences, for the people who have put their trust in me, and especially for EZRA. I feel truly fortunate to be an EZRA Coach.
As we head into the weekend, I want to leave you with this: 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. No one has it all figured out, and that’s okay. Every leader faces challenges, reflects on their experiences, and looks for ways to grow—not because they’re failing, but because they care.
In a world that often showcases only the highlights, it’s easy to forget that everyone is navigating their own path. Every conversation, every decision, every tough moment is a chance to learn and adapt. Finding things tough sometimes isn’t a flaw—𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻.
So if this week (or month!) has felt challenging, know that you’re not alone. Keep going, keep learning, and don’t be afraid to ask for support when you need it. 𝗜𝗳 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁, 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲. 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲. I am going to rest this weekend, enjoy reconnecting with friends and family, and start next week with renewed energy. I hope you get to do the same. 💫
