Hi, I’m Cécile Jenkins.

If we haven’t met yet, let me tell you a little about myself. I work with people who feel stuck—whether it’s in their career, relationships, or within themselves. I help them gain clarity, move past what’s holding them back, and create a life that feels more fulfilling.

I didn’t start out as a coach. My career began in the corporate world, where I spent over 20 years leading teams and managing complex challenges as a senior manager and head of function. I know firsthand what it’s like to juggle high expectations, balance work and personal life, and still feel that nagging sense of “there must be more.” That experience, paired with my own personal growth journey, led me to this work.

Since training at Henley Business School and Cornell University, I’ve worked with over 80 clients across 18 countries, from senior leaders to researchers, expats, and professionals navigating life’s transitions. I hold accreditations from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and I’ve delivered over 600 sessions to date. But what matters most isn’t the numbers—it’s the incredible privilege of helping people transform the way they see themselves and their possibilities.
