Thriving under Pressure


๐Ÿ˜” Having seen how so many people continue to struggle with the busyness of their working life,ย Jenn Beestonย (Director of L&D consultancy Lantau) and I have put our heads together to create a workshop for those struggling with back-to-back meetings, prioritization, and time management, and who are finding it increasingly hard to get to the bottom of their 'to-do' list or find a sense of calm when they switch off for the night.

๐Ÿคฏ For the last 20 years, I have felt the stress at work, the pressure to perform, and the high expectations โ€“ not least the ones I put on myself! In the last three years, I have deepened my knowledge about how we can live better lives while still being in busy careers with ambition and drive โ€“ without getting exhausted, mentally drained, or, at worst, burnt out. I have partnered with many executives, senior leaders and managers โ€“ in over 400 sessions โ€“ to explore what it is that holds them back from protecting their own cognitive wellbeing and instead get drawn into the toxic productivity that so many of us suffer from.ย 


๐Ÿชป "Thriving Under Pressure" is designed for managers and leaders to enhance their resilience and wellbeing in complex work environments. It covers advanced insights into stress dynamics, practical coping techniques, and continuous improvement strategies.ย 


๐Ÿ”œThe course includes a 120-minute workshop, a 45-minute one-to-one coaching session, a 90-minute peer mentoring session, and ongoing support through an online community. Participants will develop stress management skills, create a personalized plan, and build a supportive network for continuous professional growth.
