Dr Cécile Jenkins

Working Life was set up in 2022 by Dr Cécile Jenkins, specialist in transformational change and double-accredited Executive, Leadership and Life Coach. Her personal mission is to help those in demanding jobs (and lives) go from feeling tired, disengaged and frustrated to feeling confident, motivated and energised by focusing them on their core drivers and tapping into their inner wisdom.

Cécile has worked over 20 years in corporate settings across various industries and through her deep understanding of organisational change, leadership and culture has helped a multitude of clients across many industries and sectors. Cécile also works as an Associate with Ezra Coaching, In Professional Development and Willow & Puddifoot, and through them has coached VPs, Executives, Directors, and other global senior leaders in Consulting, Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services and FMCG.

 

Cécile holds a qualification in Executive Coaching from the world-renowned Henley Business School and has over the years deepened her knowledge of transformational change with Positive Intelligence, Intentional Change Theory and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. She also holds a PhD in the social sciences.

Originally Dutch, she moved to the UK in 1999 and lives in England, near Oxford, with her husband, their two teenage children, two retrievers and a rescue cat. In her spare time, Cécile sings in two local choirs, loves running and yoga, and always has several books on the go.

Cécile cares deeply about being in touch with Nature, and as part of that she also is a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor, with her own Weleda skin and healthcare shop online.
