Today, I celebrate my 49th birthday: seven cycles of seven years—a number that feels quite meaningful.

Since September, I’ve been in a one-year formal study of biographical counselling, a deep dive into how we make sense of our lives, and how through some creative processes, we can tap into the healing qualities of that biographical reflection. In one of my programmes, I've also included an exercises where we reflect on the different phases of life: What patterns can we see? How are they meaningful? Who played a key role during those different phases?

The course has made me even more aware of the natural rhythms we move through, the patterns we only recognize in hindsight, and the way our experiences shape who we are.

So today, as I take time off to enjoy the day with my family, I’d love to invite you into a little reflection too, if you feel that could be interesting or helpful for you.

💭 What moments in your life stand out as turning points?

💭 What have they led you to?

💭 And what meaning do they hold for you now?

No need for big answers—just gentle curiosity. Sometimes, even the smallest insights can shift something deep inside.

I hope you find a moment today to look back with curiosity and wonder. And if you feel like sharing, I’d love to hear what comes up for you. 💛
